Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and quantity of units purchased.
All products are shipped via reputed international courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and other such renowned companies that are completely insured and reliable. Our Shipping Rates are subsidized and are much lower than what the shipping companies usually charge for international shipments. We always strive to offer our shoppers the lowest shipping charges possible. Please note that shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight.
In addition, we're currently offering FREE DELIVERY on all the domestic orders, which clearly implies - no shipping fee would be charged on any order placed within India.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Please note that if there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery. The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us.
Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
Different products have different delivery dates. If you have chosen multiple products to be sent in one single shipment, the delivery date would be done on the later available product. For example, one item has the 20th of this month as delivery date and another item has 25th of the same month as delivery date. For a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the 25th.
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. Customer may also check the same on our order status page.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, we will not bear any charges. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
Once an order is placed, you're not allowed to make any alterations. But as far as the address alteration request is concerned, it can be accommodated within 24 hours of the order placed.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 to 20 days and then reprocess/reship the order.
